Bridging AI Potential and Practical Implementation
infoneovapa was founded to address a specific challenge in Malaysia: many organisations recognise the value of artificial intelligence but struggle with how to incorporate it meaningfully into their existing operations.

Our Story
Established in Ipoh in 2022, infoneovapa emerged from conversations with business leaders and educators who expressed similar frustrations. They understood that AI could transform their workflows and enhance learning experiences, but found most consultancies either offered technical implementations too complex for their needs or high-level strategy without actionable next steps.
Our founders brought together expertise from both corporate technology implementation and educational curriculum development. This combination proved valuable because AI adoption challenges often parallel across sectors: identifying appropriate use cases, managing change, ensuring data governance, and building sustainable practices rather than pursuing technology for its own sake.
We deliberately chose to focus on three specific service areas where we observed consistent needs: communication workflow enhancement, K-12 curriculum integration, and enterprise-wide AI strategy for multi-division organisations. This focus allows us to develop deep expertise rather than attempting to serve every possible AI implementation scenario.
Today, we work with organisations across Perak and throughout Malaysia, from individual schools exploring how to incorporate AI literacy into their mathematics and science classes to conglomerates coordinating AI initiatives across diverse business units. What unites our engagements is the emphasis on practical outcomes matched to organisational readiness.

Our Approach and Standards
Quality principles that guide our consulting engagements and ensure consistent value delivery.
Needs-First Assessment
We begin every engagement by understanding your current state, constraints, and actual pain points rather than assuming technology will solve undefined problems. Recommendations emerge from this assessment, not preconceived solutions.
Data Protection Focus
Every recommendation considers Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act requirements and your industry-specific compliance obligations. We help you understand data flow implications before implementation.
Change Management Integration
Technology adoption succeeds or fails based on people. Our engagements include consideration of training needs, workflow adaptation, and sustainable practice development alongside technical implementation.
Clear Documentation
All engagements produce written deliverables that your team can reference long after our engagement concludes. We avoid dependency on ongoing consulting by equipping you with actionable documentation.
Realistic Timelines
We provide honest timeline estimates that account for your team's capacity and organisational processes. Quick fixes rarely work in AI implementation; we plan for sustainable adoption.
Transparent Limitations
We clearly communicate what AI can and cannot accomplish in your context. Part of our value comes from helping you avoid investments in capabilities that won't deliver promised outcomes.
Our Values and Commitment
Practical Over Aspirational: We prioritise implementations that work within your current capabilities and constraints over idealistic visions that require unrealistic transformation. Progress happens through incremental advancement, not dramatic overhaul.
Local Context Matters: Malaysia's regulatory environment, multilingual requirements, and organisational cultures differ from markets where most AI solutions originate. We adapt recommendations to local realities rather than importing approaches wholesale.
Education Serves Society: When working with schools, we remember that curriculum decisions affect students' futures. AI integration should enhance learning outcomes and prepare students thoughtfully, not simply demonstrate technological sophistication.
Business Value Anchors Technology: For commercial engagements, we maintain focus on measurable business outcomes. Technology investments should improve efficiency, enhance capabilities, or create competitive advantage through clear mechanisms.
Independence in Assessment: We receive no commissions from AI tool vendors. Our recommendations emerge from evaluation of your needs against available options, not revenue arrangements with specific platforms.
